Terms:

• Rates are based on double occupancy
• Portions of this package are non-refundable
• Package is not valid from December 18th ’13 – January 3rd ’14
• Additional nights are also available at the following rates: January 4th ’13 – April 25th ’13 @ USD 749 per night, April 26th ’13 – December 17th ’13 @ USD 790.94 per night
• Rates include Taxes, Resort fee & Daily breakfast

Payment:

 50% due at confirmation and balance 21 days prior to arrival. In the event 21 days past, full pre-payment is due at confirmation time.

Cancellation:

15 to 21 days prior to arrival the full deposit will be forfeited. Less than 10 days prior to arrival the entire stay will be charged.

In case of no-show or early checkout it will be necessary to charge the full stay. Changes to the reservation including arrival and departure dates are subject to approval and written agreement between the parties.
