On Saturday August 2nd 2014 the team of Baoase Culinary Beach Restaurant had the opportunity to work together with the 3 Michelin Star Chef Jonnie Boer for an exclusive Fine-dining evening.
An outstanding amount of reservation requests were received, resulting in many guests wishing they could have experienced this evening.
A total of 55 guests enjoyed a six-course dinner prepared by the team of Baoase Culinary Beach Restaurant and 3 Michelin star Chef Jonnie Boer and his Sous Chef from restaurant Librije. Each course was served with a wine carefully selected by Sommelier Thérèse Boer.
Guests were welcomed in the exclusive Master Villa of the resort for Champagne with three kinds of amuses.The culinary experience was brought to another level on the resort’s beach, where guests enjoyed an exclusive 6-course dinner. The dining experience ended with a local band which entertained the guests while they danced and reminisced about the night and enjoyed the fresh cocktails.
“Fabulous, “Phenomenal” , “Friendly and professional staff & “an unforgettable evening” are some of the words used by local fine diners and in-house guests whom attended the evening.
This evening with Jonnie & Thérèse Boer was not just a standard dinner experience, but rather a night out, filled with culinary experiences.
