All rates are quoted in U.S Dollars per villa/suites per night and are
excluding 19.84% service charge and government tax (tourist tax).
Government taxes and lodging rates are subject to change without notice.
A minimum stay of 3 nights applies for the following dates: thru
December 18, 2011, except for the holiday season December 20, 2010 thru
January 2nd, 2011 where a minimum of 7 nights applies.
Payment; 50% due at confirmation and balance 21 days prior to arrival.
In the event 21 days past, full pre-payment is due at confirmation time.
Cancellation, 15 to 21 days prior to arrival the full deposit will be forfeited.
Less than 10 days prior to arrival the entire stay will be charged.
In case of no-show or early checkout it will be necessary to charge the full stay.
Changes to the reservation including arrival and departure dates are subject to
approval and written agreement between the parties.
Given our need to adhere to the above cancellation policy, we recommend that travel insurance is put in place.
